planning is not optional for successful people

for successful people planning is most important for achieving their goals.
there are four types of planning we should apply it in our business:
1-STRATEGIC PLANNING
the setting of major, long term goals for the company and these done by top managers.
2-TACTICAL PLANNING
tactical planning is the process of developing details ,short term statement about what is to be done,who is to do,and how it is to be done.
these objectives are short term goals that must be achieved to meet the strategic plan .
3- OPERATIONAL PLANNING
the setting of work standards and schedules to implement the tactical objectives of the company.
4-CONTINGENCY PLANNING
the process of preparing alternatives if the primary plans do not achieve the objectives of the company (plan B).

you must know every things about your products its benefits and week point too.
you should know every things about your competitors (activity,marketing massage ,etc)
when you know what the compititors do alwayes you can overcome and make your products first.
3-following

Medical rep who do and his job profile ( selling pharmaceutical product or medical equipment to health care professional .
medical reps. promote their company,s products to hospital doctors,pharmacist  and etc).

Medical rep.must be linked by the triangle of the process
1-Doctor
2-Distributor (who distribute new product)
3-Pharmacy
to generate prescription med.rep. must inform Dr by the new product and its benefit then the Drs will prescribe so med. rep must inform the pharmacy too to get new product from the distributor .

dividing the market by geographic area like countries,cities ,regions and etc.
3-PSYCHOGRAPHIC
segmentation by lifestyle, values , interests and attitudes.

  or we called 4Ps also marketing contains a lot of functions

we should get a lot of information before selling the product ex, analysing competitors,business  environment and etc.

we should inform the customer by our product and when the product fit his need the selling process will complete
Quality and quantity
we must understand the standers of the product to meet or exceed customer expectations.
